We are excited to tell about what is in the works for
ROCKTOBER: Our big Women's Meeting event for this Fall.
We will be focusing on strengthening our foundations on
Jesus Christ, ourselves, our families and our communities.
We want you to leave having learned and done something to build the BIG ROCKS that sit as our foundation and enrich us as women as well as those we influence.

CLASSES
Cooking demos & samplings:
Some of these classes will be offered at select times
- Fresh peach pie
- Freezer meals (Chicken Cordon Bleu & more!)
- Candy making
- Healthy & delish dishes: Cooking with Fall in mind
- Dry meals in mylar bags (for food storage, 72 hour kits or last minute meals)
Some of these you will be putting together and taking home.
They will have a fee for the ingredients.
FREEZER MEALS
More details to come. There will be a demonstration, tasting table and tips on how to prepare freezer meals and heat when ready. If there are meals to take home, there will be a fee, although you can choose to simply go to observe, ask ?s and learn.
MYLAR (FOOD STORAGE) MEALS
Mylar bag meals, can store for several years in 72 hour kits or pantry
Serves 6. Add water and heat source.
You can choose from Mac and Cheese, $2.50 per bag
Ingredients: powdered cheese & noodles, dried butter
or
Broccoli Rice Cheese Casserole, $5.00 per bag
Ingredients are all dried: rice, butter, broccoli, salt, onion
